Terms of Service

• A deposit or full payment may be required before work begins.
• All prices are listed in USD and subject to applicable taxes.
• Additional services or revisions requested after completion may result in extra fees.
• Hosting and maintenance plans are billed monthly or annually, as specified in the agreement.

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information, content, and materials required for the project.
• Reviewing drafts and providing feedback in a timely manner.
• Ensuring they have the legal right to use any images, text, or media provided to Digital Alliance.

• Upon full payment, the client owns the completed website content and design.
• Digital Alliance retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio or marketing materials.
• Any proprietary tools, code, or AI design systems used to create the site remain the property of Digital Alliance or its partners.

• After project completion, small edits or updates may be included depending on your plan.
• Larger revisions, redesigns, or feature requests may require additional charges.

• If a project is canceled after work has begun, partial refunds may be available at our discretion.
• Completed or delivered work is non-refundable. Hosting and domain fees are non-refundable once activated.

• Digital Alliance is not responsible for loss of business, revenue, or data resulting from website downtime, hacking, or client misuse.
• All services are provided "as is," without warranties beyond those expressly stated in writing.

Digital Alliance may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
